Pendle Hill High School has its own personal fitness centre. Students are encouraged to improve their level of fitness, strength and conditioning by joining the centre. It is a $25 annual fee and students can access the centre during lunchtimes. The annual fee assists in the maintenance of all equipment and facilities.
The centre contains multipurpose weight stations designed to help improve muscular strength and cardiorespiratory endurance.
The centre is also used with senior classes in sport, lifestyle and recreation and personal development, health and physical education (PDHPE) when studying fitness as part of the units in healthy lifestyles and factors affecting performance. Staff members are also welcome to use the centre's facilities.
